James’ Memorial Fund
The Village Well established this fund in honor of James Walter Rowcliffe Kessler
June 13, 1991 – May 9, 2009.
James was the beloved only child of TVW’s Founder and former Executive Director, Jean A. Rowcliffe. In June 2008 James was diagnosed with a rare, terminal cancer called Aveolar soft Part Sarcoma. He tragically died on May 9th 2009 and is greatly missed by all. The James Memorial Fund was established in his honour to help support TVW and our scholarship program. It was James’ wish to see The Village Well flourish and grow.
